"all the film guys think he's good" and "film guys" is just a stand in for "people who watch the games" it's like mocking movie critics for takes on movies you've never seen

Ruiz is referencing a loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in which Herbert completed 15/27 passes for 192 yards, with a dismal QBR of 15.7. Is it really possible that such a performance, when you dive into the visual details, was plausibly good? Well I, noted Football Expert, watched the entire All 22 of Chargers-Raiders. I’m here to tell you, with video evidence, that yes, the quarterback who posted horrible numbers on Sunday indeed looked quite bad. Here goes.
