The Right’s Misread on Jaden Ivey
On the NBA’s Uneasy Truce Between Religion and Image
I believe some on the right are wrong in making Jaden Ivey, recently cut from the Chicago Bulls, a religious liberty cause célèbre. While it’s true that Ivey was promptly let go after he declared the NBA’s supposed support for “Pride Month” an example of “unrighteousness,” there appears to be more to that situation than a free expression double standard.
