Approximately 2.5 million people watched Caitlin Clark get drafted to the WNBA and I, to lesser fanfare, have been drafted to (again) write about Caitlin Clark. She’s currently in the lead for HoS Muse of 2024 as I’ve written about her a lot of late. Not wanting to overdo it, I tried to avoid the obvious sports/culture overlap topic of how little Clark gets paid by the league for her services. It’s led to a lot of dumb discourse, including a presidential statement (more on that later).
